Shipping Information and Conditions of Sale:All orders will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase as well as when your purchase will be shipped. Orders are generally shipped via UPS ground or express mail, unless otherwise requested.
All of our jewelry is handmade and crafted, therefore, please allow 4 weeks for these items to be shipped from purchase date, unless otherwise stated on product description. Please contact us if you need a rushed order, even if it is custom made we can see what we can do. By purchasing you are accepting these delivery terms and conditions of the sale.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:We are very confident that our jewelry and accessories will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order that is unused and unworn within 15 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange.
** Refund and Return exceptions apply to Custom Ordered Rings. If you have ordered the wrong ring size or not happy with your purchase you can only return your ring for a store credit for items that we have "currently in-stock". If the size or any other changes are requested for the custom ordered ring, you will be responsible for all fees related to these changes and shipping charges. For rings already "in-stock" normal refund policy applies.
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):1. Contact Customer Service at sales@galerieurbana.com, or call us at 305.343.5797 to request a return for your order number.
2. Send your item(s) with original packing materials,and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 15 business days (usually sooner).
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:* The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item. * The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. * Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order. * Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
